英语语言水平

Our language school has seven English language levels starting at level 1 (basic beginner) and graduating at level 7 (college prep).  These levels are indicators of a student’s English language proficiency levels and aligns with specific skills and benchmarks for each language level. 

初级- 1级

英语学生将发展基本的初级英语阅读技能, 写作, 说话, 和听力, 为了在日常生活的基本情况下生存. 这些成人英语课程建立了基本的口语模式, 词汇表, 读写能力, 并有助于基本的文化定位. Students in our language school learn to form correct speech patterns and write sentences in simple 动词形式 in the affirmative, 疑问, 和消极的结构, 还要学习基本的名词, 代词, 形容词, 和副词.

语法:一般现在时, 使用“be”和“have”,“规则动词和不规则动词, 名词和代词, 主语和动词协议, 使用“想,用“how many”和“how much”.”

高初学者- 2级

英语学生将进一步发展基本的英语语言技能, adding more 词汇表 and 语法 to be able  to speak about simple topics and have basic conversations in English, 同时具备较高的基本英语读写能力. 通过综合交际法学习语言, 学生们不断地积累词汇量, learn new speech patterns and  situational 语法 structures in short dialogues and role-plays. 学生们将练习发音模式, learning to 理解 and participate in basic casual conversations  to survive in an English-说话 environment. 

语法:一般现在时, 简单的过去, 形容词的比较级, 问题的形式, 表达式的频率, 动词形式, 进步的形式, 可数名词和不可数名词, 情态动词,  简单的未来.

中级-三级

English students will begin recognizing and using basic grammatical structures habitually and  fluently, and begin to use and recognize higher English 词汇表 and more complex grammatical  structures in reading, 写作, 听, 和口语. The intermediate English course online will  gradually increase students’ 词汇表 and bridge the gap between knowing the 语法  structures and using them in contexts. 处于中级语言水平, 学生将学会更准确地使用语法结构, 有意义的, 和适当的. A wide variety of  communicative activities will provide opportunity for active language use enabling students  to discuss various topics with one another and talk to native English speakers with ease, 能够在真实的环境中理解他们. Writing skills will develop from composing 75- word drafts to 150-word English essays within a given time.  

语法:现在, 过去的, 未来, 以及现在完成时, 识别过去完成时和过去完成时, 情态动词, 不定式, 动名词, 与副词, 将来时从句和短语, 主从句和从属从句, 明确的/不确定的文章, 未来的可能性.

 中上4级

英语学生将开始适应, 理解, 并识别各个层次的语言结构,  能够在大多数生活环境中犯错最少. The integrated approach at  the high intermediate ESL level further advances students’ 理解ing and use of  the English language in  说话, 语法, 和写作. This course bridges the gap between knowing the 语法  structures and using them in contexts. A wide variety of communicative activities will  provide opportunity for students of our language school to discuss various topics with one another and talk to native English speakers, 理解他们在真实的设置轻松. 学生将参与个别的小型报告，并学习研究的基础知识. Writing skills will develop  from composing 150-word to 200-word essays in English within 30 minutes. 在这个级别, 学生还将重点学习创造性写作技巧，并掌握自由写作的技巧.

高级- 5级

Advanced English Students will be able to communicate and function in any situation of American life and  society, 能流利地使用所有的语言结构，错误率最小. Advanced English level students are presented with contemporary issues and relevant content based on authentic radio  broadcasts and topics of universal interest. Students will further develop 听 strategies  by identifying the main ideas and details in the reports and materials of the content-based  interviews. 当他们调整自己的倾听技巧时, 他们会增加词汇量，对习惯用语更加熟悉. Students will learn to develop their ideas in a more  profound form and debate different points of view. 他们将获得更深的理解 美国的价值观和文化. 当阅读一个主题时, 学生们将学会把它融入到他们的写作中, 注意句子结构和整体的准确性. 他们将发展出概括想法的必要技能, 并组织好他们的职位  

300字的英文短文，包括清晰的介绍，正文和结论. 学习编辑和同行评审, 以及各种协作学习活动, 会提高学生的学习和成绩. 

语法过去不真实的情况, 双比较级, 形容词子句, 比较状语从句和因果状语从句定冠词/不定冠词, 不定式和动名词, 被动语态, 名词子句.

托福预科六级

托福学生将能够综合之前所学的所有信息, 培养阅读和听力的分析能力, 能够以母语或接近母语的熟练水平进行口语和写作. 

This course prepares the culturally diverse students of A to Z Language Program to take the  required new generation TOEFL internet-based test (iBT) in order to be admitted to US  colleges and universities (undergraduate and graduate programs). 课程内容包含了语言能力测试所需的所有技能:写作, 听, 说话, 和阅读部分. 学生将练习写独立和综合文章的策略,  perfecting what they already know in organizing and structuring the essays in the required  formats.

大学预科7级

学生将使用和理解英语达到母语水平, further developing  and fine-tuning the academic skills necessary to succeed in higher education in the USA. 除了六级所掌握的技能, 本课程将帮助学生在大学环境中成功地发挥作用. 他们将去听讲座, 记笔记, 并准备和主持小组和个人的演讲. They will learn to  develop analytical reading and critical thinking skills through problem-solving and other  techniques. Students will acquire research skills necessary for presentations 和写作  projects and prepare them to overcome the learning and cultural challenges they may face  along their academic journeys.
